Portland duo Lore City will release their fourth album Participation Mystique which has sprung two singles so far, I Know You Know, and the latest, I Am the One, both very entrancing. Consisting of Laura Mariposa Williams (vocals, keyboard, guitar) and Eric Angelo Bessel (percussion, keyboard, guitar), Lore City bring a blend of dark post punk and art rock. Ahead of its release on July 23rd, 2021, Participation Mystique already intrigues and gives every indication of a mystifying and inspired work.
