Australian dreampop band syrup, go on released their first album, Last Light, in 2019. Their new album will be following a different direction with a mature sound and a simpler way of songwriting. The first single, Lavender Sky, shows the band's intentions and sounds completely direct like their initial aim. It's a model dreampop track. John Russell from the band's label 4000 Records says: "syrup, go on are just a damn good time. I love the technicolour soundscape they create and lush layering of the instrumentation, just takes me away!"
