New York punk band Bad Static follow their first release Peach, with new single Freak, another energetic track, and a good example of their ferocious sound. Freak is based on fuzzy guitars and vibrant dual vocals which summate the freethinking outlook of the band.
Bad Static comment: "The song is about the double standards of men and women in sex culture. For men they are cheered on for being promiscuous, while women are called demeaning words."
