Berlin-via-New York City artist Curses is noted for his genre-crossing efforts as an wide-ranging international DJ and through his darkwave original tracks. The project has announced the release of the upcoming second album Incarnadine which will be released on March 11th, 2022 via Jennifer Cardini's label Dischi Autunno.
With the new single Miriam, Curses lists The Merry Thoughts and The Cure as influences, and features a recognizable gloomy post punk and gothic rock tone, while at the same time it appears very crisp through its distinct production.
Curses converts a fondness for the genre's background into something fresh by flawlessly combining classic goth and darkwave elements.
