Musician, producer and composer Kenneth James Gibson, who has worked on projects such as Bell Gardens, Furry Things, and many others, has released the atmospheric new tune The Groundskeeper as a preview of an upcoming full length.
An experimental composition, slow and dronelike, the haunting mood of The Groundskeeper is built on a stable instrumental framework of choral vocal, synth, violin, and cello, and comes with a cinematic feel.
Layered and manipulated in numerous ways to produce the continual growing soundscape, the new track features vocal harmonies by Victoria Harding, while Benedikt Palier contributed strings from his studio in Austria, which were then added in the production together with guitars and a moog sub bass to complete the song.
