Danish band Pinemoon release their new EP Ghost Light on the German record label LIVE TALENT Records. The EP spotlights a haunting and dreamy sound which illustrates an introspective theme about the impression of uncertainty and frustration when a solid viewpoint loses its value and is being reevaluated in the reality of the world.
Ghost Light was recorded live in the studio and mixed analog, creating a rich, retro feel, and ensuring that Pinemoon's comes across as authentic even with the parallelization to many influences like Jesus And Mary Chain and more.
Dead End Street, another focus track, takes a rather more lively dreampop path with post punk and post rock overtones, and seems to be presenting a brighter version of Pinemoon's music.
