Sick Quitter is the first single from the new record by Seattle post punk band Final Body, and the first music since the coming of the pandemic. Nearly three years after their debut Nothyng, Final Body return with a driving number which seems characteristic of their dark post punk direction.
Dark and gloomy lyrics, mixed with good production and stellar performances, create a mood and sound which feels familiar to post punk audiences, and fascinates from start to end.
