Welcome Strawberry's second track from their upcoming album replaces the loud and fuzzy shoegaze that was the major focus of their previous single No One Online with a riper dreampop feel. The new song You in Your Rare Ugliness offers a different side of the band's musicianship while holding fast to their shoegaze roots.
The Oakland, California-based band will release their first eponymous album on September 2nd, 2022 via Cherub Dream Records. So far, everything about it suggests something fascinating and well-grounded.
