The alluring expedition of Share the Present becomes the newest single from Momentary Presence, the up and coming album by New York-based underground rock band GIFT.
“I wrote this song about coming out of a depression/anxiety pattern,” comments bandleader TJ Freda.
Share the Present is densely structured with steady motorik riffs and elegant synths inspired from the eighties, creating a pleasant psychedelic pop footing, and being executed without flaw
“Being present is the most important thing you can do when you are feeling down,” Freda continues. “Don’t dwell on the past of who you were. Look to the present moment and appreciate who you are and where you're going.”
Share the Present is accompanied by a very nice video directed, shot, and edited by Andrew Gibson, starring William Sibley, Andi Schuster, Calvin Parent and TJ Freda.
