The Parisian synthpop project called Fragrance. is the work of Matthieu Roche. Fragrance is returning with a new single, written and sung in French for the first time in his musical career, after releasing two albums and making notable remixes for and alongside artists like Mylène Farmer, Mareux, and Prayers.
Hanté de moi is characteristic of Fragrance.'s sound with dark, gothic, and dance elements. The song tells us a hypnotic story about dreams. Matthieu's alluring and soft vocals blend with sharp synths and beats to create a mesmerizing sound which oscillates between poignant synthpop and moody electronics.
