The dark synthpop group More Ephemerol from Los Angeles is made up of Tamara Sky and C. Fjerstad. Secrecy is the last song they are releasing before their highly anticipated new album comes out.
Even though some of the recent material from the band had a lighter synthpop direction, their new single is a hard-hitting industrial dance track that still features the melodic synth passages that are trademark of the sound of More Ephemerol. The song alternates between Spanish vocals sung by Tamara Sky and the usual English lyrics from C. Fjerstad. Secrecy is the final track on the album, and delivers a memorable ending with an explosive harmonized dual synth section.
More Ephemerol's new album, APOTHEOSIS PAGEANT, will be released on May 22nd, 2023. The release date coincides with a 3-week U.S. tour where they will be supporting singer Madeline Goldstein.
