Coming from Melbourne, Nausicaa, pronounced naw-sik-uh, is an ethereal alternative rock duo which has been standing out for crafting immersive sounds that seamlessly blend moody dreampop and shoegaze elements.
Recently, they unveiled their third single, Crystalline, a mesmerizing love song based on enigmatic lyrics that evoke dream-like emotions. Lifting inspiration from legends such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Cocteau Twins, and Slowdive, Nausicaa create an enchanting sound, and combine airy vocals and engaging guitars perfectly.
