The Jesus and Mary Chain have recently unveiled an impressive new live album. Titled Sunset 666, this album was recorded during a live performance at Hollywood Palladium in 2018 and has been released through Fuzz Club Records.

Among the notable highlights of Sunset 666 is a new version of the band's popular song Sometimes Always, which originally featured Hope Sandoval on vocals. In this new take, Isobel Campbell takes on the vocal duties, infusing the timeless track with a renewed energy.

The live compilation features a range of tracks from the band's illustrious discography, drawing from their acclaimed albums such as Automatic, which includes the quite well-known track Half Way To Crazy. This album is generously represented by a few other songs on Sunset 666. Additionally, selections from albums like Psychocandy, Darklands, Honey’s Dead, Stoned and Dethroned, Munki, and Damage and Joy are also featured in this very engaging live set.
