After the release of the album Rough Dimension in 2022, Noel Skum, also known as Andrew Clinco from Drab Majesty, took a bold step by transforming his psychedelic post punk project VR SEX into a fully collaborative five-member band.
Hard Copy, the band's upcoming album, features 10 tracks of contemptuous psychedelic punk that explores bizarre themes such as sex doll love affairs, distorted desires, cheap excitement, and shattered romance. The album's first single is, Real Doll Time, a hard hitting punk rock track.
“My goal is always to load up every take with as much sound as possible in one pass,” Clinco explains.
Hard Copy is scheduled for release on March 22nd, 2023 through Dais Records.
