Finding Gravity marks the latest offering from the British shoegaze outfit Air Formation, featured on their upcoming self-titled sixth album. The track utilizes the band's signature moody, atmospheric style, characterized by lush guitar-driven soundscapes and soft vocals. Layers of heavily delayed guitar and feedback collide with droning keyboards in a completely mesmerizing track.
"Time goes fast," says guitarist and vocalist Matt Bartram on the new album. "We're still figuring it all out. But most importantly, I think Air Formation still feels totally relevant. All the time we enjoy doing it we will keep at it."
Air Formation is slated to release on April 19th, 2024, via Club AC30.
