Dancing Dolls by Deaf Dance

Darkenin Heart

L.A.-based musician Jerry Narrows founded Deaf Dance in 2017 out of a deep passion for underground music, especially from the early eighties, and genres like goth, new wave, synthpop, post punk, and shoegaze. Deaf Dance has opened for bands such as Light Asylum, Choir Boy, Twin Tribes, and Rosegarden Funeral Party.

Dancing Dolls marks the project's return after a three-year absence. The song is characterized by a dark, brooding atmosphere throughout, with baritone vocals and pulsating keyboards. Its darkwave intensity reverberates from beginning to end, showcasing a beautiful DIY essence.

The song is from The Blackmail EP, which also includes two other similarly impactful dark new wave tracks.
