Criminal Feature (Curse Mackey Remix) by Now After Nothing

Curse Mackey and Now After Nothing collaborate on an exciting remix of their song Criminal Feature. The band's 2024 EP Artificial Ambivalence included the original version of the track.

Matt Spatial explains: "Criminal Feature is a commentary on the enmeshment of politics and religion and how this has a larger role in shaping our society, rather than allowing for the education of young minds. As many of us already recognize, we're living in an age with a 'Damn, the separation of Church and State' mentality and it's continually becoming more blatant and intentional. I'm not anti-religion per se but I am very anti-abuse of religion, politics, or anything for that matter, that is (mis)used to manipulate, and/or harm others for some sort of personal gain as its end goal. Additionally, the song's lyrics are also about the sheer exhaustion that results from the constant barrage of messaging and fear-mongering from political and religious groups."

The revised version of the song is worthy of considerable praise and indicates a dynamic side that matches its concept.
