Falling wraps alternative/indie dreampop in a mist of warmth, where longing meets confession. Built on lush three-part harmonies that echo the emotional alchemy of bands like Low and Slowdive, the track feels like love unraveling in slow motion.
An instrumental delight of strings, pianos and jagged post punk-tinged guitars create an imposing atmosphere, nudging shoegaze into fresh terrain while keeping its roots intact.
With Portland’s Little Cloud Records backing the album's release this Fall, anticipation is rising. If Falling, together with Kallai's previous recent offerings, are any indication, We Are Forever is destined to be a standout.
