Ghost Enclave Fill The Darkenin Heart Questionnaire

Darkenin Heart

What do you consider to be the darkest piece of music you’ve ever heard?
It's a difficult question. I'm not sure which one would be the absolute darkest, but among the top contenders, I would definitely place the entire debut album by Aghast, released by Cold Meat Industry in 1995. And the first three notes of Black Sabbath, of course.

How would you characterize your own music?
It’s filled with what dwells in the depths of those who create it.

What are your musical aspirations?
To keep doing this with the same intensity and perhaps share it as much as possible.

What are your main musical inspirations?
The sound of the night, in all its variations and forms.

What are your main goals in life?
To express ourselves as sincerely as possible.

What motivates you to create?
A kind of magical necessity. A force that comes from within, the reasons for which we don’t fully understand. I believe it’s something that belongs to all those who create 'sincerely'.

Are you more of an early bird or a night owl?
Definitely a night owl.

Besides music, what other art forms would you like to explore?
We are fascinated by all forms of art, especially visual and poetic ones. But I think we’ll remain anchored to sound, as that’s what we are most immersed in.

Which is the very first record that had a big impact on you?
The first album that really had a strong impact on me was definitely Klaus Nomi's self-titled album (1981).

What is the best decade for music?
Probably 1975 to 1985.

What do your future plans include?
Creating new music and hopefully bringing our debut album to the stage soon.
