Rose + Crown is the first in a series of new original songs by multitalented artist AMMO, released via her own imprint Mourning Sun Records. The track is written by AMMO who also directed the music video, and co-produced and recorded with drummer Alex Posell of their former band Black Flamingo.
Rose + Crown is an ethereal dreampop piece with a dark proclivity, along the lines of past acts such as Cranes, Cocteau Twins and Siouxsie and the Banshees. Apart from being a multi-instrumental musician, the LA born and raised AMMO is also a rock and roll photographer.
