Cloud Tangle is Amber Ramsay's solo effort, which merges visual media and composition to convey an atmosphere that is both sad and enchanting, mixing elements of lo-fi and orchestral music. The project's beautiful atmospherics owe to the delicate vocals and synths, as Cloud Tangle creates its distinct sound based on bedroom production and rich instrumentation.
Cloud Tangle's new single Eve is taken from Villanelle / Eve, a split release double single with Fingerless which is inspired by the popular TV show Killing Eve in its entirety. The song is very moody piece, with dark swells of lovely instrumentals and delicate vocals.
“Eve radiates a contrasting softness, the underbelly of her character,” says Ramsay. “There’s a ferocity and drive enveloping around this softness of collapsing into the chase of her desires, yet still masked by angst and zeal.”
