New single from Swedish shoegaze and dreampop band Boy With Apple, Linger On, follows the same moody and atmospheric direction as their recent offering Strawberry Boy. Both tracks are the result of the band entering the studio with the producer Guggi Data from bands like Westkust and Makthaverskan.
Saga Fransson's lyrics and the musical basis from Zara Henriksson created a wonderful combination, as they fleshed the song out to precision in the studio, based on the bitter idea of letting someone go even though it hurts.
No strangers to shoegaze-laden atmospherics, Boy With Apple deliver another track of of sonic nuance and refinement.
