Electronic noise rock/post punk act Plattenbau publish their long awaited new album Shape / Shifting, together with a brand new video for Tomahawk, the record's final track.
Lewis Lloyd of Plattenbau builds the song's tension with a frightening, completely detached baritone vocal over pulsating electronics, eventually creating a nightmarish atmosphere. This foreboding mood is perfectly captured in the song's accompanying video, in which Lloyd's persona appears dangerous and prepared for anything.
“Tomahawk is an attempt to describe the chaotic culmination of meta, mundane and just pure mental which defines being a human in the 21st century,” says Lloyd.
Shape / Shifting has just been released through Dedstrange.
