Positive Greed is the debut single from Seattle's Calm Collapse, a new band which features Doug Lorig of Roadside Monument, Jon Pease of Medicine Bows and Rob Smith of Traindodge/Museum of Light. The track was produced by Matt Bayles (Botch, Minus the Bear).
Calm Collapse have rematerialized and configured their craft under a new approach with Mirrored Nature, their anticipated debut album, introduced with the density of first single Positive Greed, taking inspiration partly from their previous projects and driven by their desire to explore new creative paths.
Calm Collapse denotes a further move forward for their members as individual musicians, as well as an opportunity to create a new unit with a unique outlook.
