Dublin-based band Submotile were formed in 2018 by Daniela Angione and Michael Farren, and started out mostly as an ambient and experimental outfit, until they fully realized their sound as evidenced on their first album Ghosts Fade on Skylines, out on Midsummer Madness in 2019. Their debut was followed by the even more refined Sonic Day Codas in 2021, and now Submotile prepare for their third full length offering. One Final Summit Before The Fall will be out on October 21st, 2022 through Shelflife.
The first single from the new album, Foreshadowing is a vibrant and dreamlike shoegaze rock track with subtle overtones of ambiance and atmosphere.
Submotile have made a significant progress without pressuring their creativity, as they continue to produce a notable body of work.
