Lotus Thrones, the post rock/metal project of former Wolvhammer and Across Tundras drummer Heath Rave, has released the third offering from a seasonal series of EPs. Vernal represents spring, and it has been released through Disorder Recordings.
Oh Marauder is the EP's first single. The track enchants with its robust sound and the genre mixing elements which depend on psychedelic rock, shoegaze and space rock, discovering vibrant textures and experimental sounds in an overall glum piece.
Oh Marauder is accompanied by an enigmatic and esoteric video directed by Andrew Notsch.
