R. Missing, the synthpop project which has delivered many marked singles and EPs recently, collaborates with Surgeon (Anthony Child), the British electronic musician who has been a leading figure in the international underground techno scene since the nineties.
Surgeon is in charge of two of his own labels, Dynamic Tension and Counterbalance, while R. Missing have been very active with collaborations, delivering remixes and tracks together with artists such as Croatian Amor, GusGus, Sally Shapiro, The Field and The KVB.
The new release features a reworked version of Surgeon's Place of Angels from the album IT045 Europa Code enhanced with vocals by R. Missing's Sharon Shy. The result is vibrant while also moody and immersive, luring the listener into a both lively and dark world.
