Swedish shoegaze/dreampop band Bolywool have announced the release of a four-track EP, out on November 11th, 2022.
A band that never shuts down, Bolywool released their full length Dead Reckoning earlier this year, and continue to be creative. The new EP, Orcadian Obsidian is a direct extension of what began in 2021 with Canada EP.
The first song The Poetry of Dead Branches finds the band taking inspiration from their home base, the island of Öland in the Baltic Sea, and its isolated landscapes that exude serenity. Between minimal experimental sounds, post rock and shoegaze, the music of Bolywool stands resolutely.
