Life In Plastic by Ghosts on TV

Darkenin Heart

Finnish post-rock group Ghosts on TV have released the second single from their upcoming studio album of the same name. The new track adds another component to the band's genre mix, their influence from black metal, even though the post rock and shoegaze influences are still noticeable.

Life in Plastic, which is based on tremolo picking, blastbeats, and an impressive c-part that veers between post hardcore and post rock, represents the band's speedier and more forceful side, as well as their tendency for genre mixture.

Ghosts on TV have always appreciated the song's simplicity, and they sound especially eloquent in this one.

The entire band appears in the music video for Life in Plastic which served as inspiration for the album cover.
