Gallows' Eve is a Swedish gothic rock band. Their sound is based on a hard rock underpinning with forceful gothic elements, and they take a very melodic approach, employing synths, sharp guitars, and commanding vocals.
"Where do you go when you sleep? Would you stay there if you died during your slumber?" they ask in reference to their new single Oneirocide, a gloomy track themed on dreams.
Oneirocide is a good example of the band's dynamics, as well as an illustration of a very interesting topic.
