Just ahead of the release of their forthcoming EP titled Sunlit Uplands on June 9th, 2023, post punk band Nothingheads deliver their latest single, Beam Engine. The fresh track is out through the independent label Just Step Sideways Records.
Nothingheads once more offer a potent and powerful sound, with a sturdy and fuzzy instrumental foundation and vibrant vocals. Beam Engine is a heartfelt tribute to father Thames, and the notorious Great Stink that almost eradicated London during the 1800’s.
Recorded by Wayne Adams at Bear Bites Horse studios, Beam Engine expresses the ferociousness and intensity of Nothingheads as a live band.
