Shoegaze band Virgins are set to embark on a UK tour following the success of their acclaimed album, nothing hurt and everything was beautiful. The tour will include two special performances at Wales' prestigious Other Voices festival. In celebration, the band is also re-releasing the previously unreleased track, g l i s s, which was originally only available as part of the vinyl pre-order for the album.
The band comments: “’g l i s s’ was the first track written after the EP, so it acts as the bridge between what came before and what would then turn into the album.”
Signature elements of the band's sound can be expected, like massive walls of fuzz, shimmering guitar melodies, and ethereal vocals.
