Copenhagen-based shoegaze outfit Pinemoon returns with the single We’re Not There, a brooding and expansive track that continues their signature fusion of melancholy and grandeur. Known for their slow-building arrangements and emotionally charged soundscapes, the band draws from the atmospheric lineage of shoegaze and dreampop greats like Slowdive and Beach House, while in terms of atmosphere and mood they channel the surreal environment of Twin Peaks.
Pinemoon have maintained a distinct sonic identity rooted in introspective lyricism and textured indie rock, and their new offering is no exception to their introspective spirit.
The new single precedes the upcoming EP ___ENDZONE, scheduled for release on November 17th, 2025.
