Madeline Goldstein is set to release her new album Speaking to the Body via Artoffact Records this April, and the singles unveiled so far are strikingly powerful and upbeat, clear evidence of the care, intention, and artistry poured into the project. Dream 2 Die (No Heaven), the album’s fourth single, carries that momentum forward.
The artist explains: "One of the oldest tracks on the record, it speaks to a time of isolation where the world felt all like a strange dream, a liminal space. Where we ask in sleep, "have I died?" and learn we've not yet reached heaven. We're stuck in the in-between, with all its' coming and goings, goodbyes and loss, smoke and fire."
Whether it’s soundtracking night drives, solitary walks, or brooding club moments, the track lands with force, and it’s wrapped in a beautifully crafted aesthetic that increases its impact.
