Fräulein Frauke is one of Sweden’s leading burlesque performers, known internationally for her distinctive interpretation of classic burlesque. Blending a vintage-inspired vocal style with meticulously crafted costumes and a strong theatrical vision, her work draws from jazz, striptease, Old Hollywood glamour, and the decadence of the early twentieth century.
Her latest musical project sees her collaborating with composer, artist, and producer Jenny Gabrielsson Mare, best known as one half of the dark wave duo White Birches.
Their new single, X-Ray Love, has just arrived to create a strong impression. Passionate and alluring in tone, the track reflects Frauke’s fascination with space and science, the kind of mysteries that connect them to human desire.
The release follows their debut collaboration, Resilience, which introduced the creative partnership earlier in 2026, and marked the beginning of a developing musical venture between the two artists.
