Hollywood is the first single by Berlin-based art punk band Plattenbau from their upcoming album Shape / Shifting. In its original form the song surfaced a few weeks ago, and now it arrives remixed by A Place to Bury Strangers.
The new version presents Hollywood through a completely different point of view, holding on to Plattenbau's visceral tone at the time that APTBS distort it with additional fuzz and grit.
The dark accompanying video was directed by Lewis Lloyd.
Shape / Shifting will be out on September 29, 2021 via Dedstrange.
