Familiar Placement is the new release by British Columbia-based dark band Ringfinger. It's their first single on a new period, a captivating post punk song with the air and mood of their prior material.
The band have already released three EPs so with the latest being Echoes Fade from 2021, and their offerings have established their dark base clearly.
Familiar Placement is a driving work with darkwave and post punk merits, that impresses with its memorability, good sound, and gloomy aesthetic.
