Zetra return with another single, following the recent standalone track Into My Flesh, and after the pair of EPs, From Within and From Without which came out in 2021 and early 2022 respectively.
Float is another deft blend of Zetra's melancholic shoegaze and metal sounds, with elements of gothic and doom metal expertly incorporated into a coherent whole.
"Is it better to drift alone far from everything dear, or to force a catacylsmic reunion bathed in fire and death?" Zetra ask. "The story begs a hero, and a hero must return."
Zetra continue to be elusive as well as efficient with each new release, and they never fail to excite.
