It's finally time for New Yorkers GIFT to release their long-awaited debut full-length album, after developing a lot of momentum with early single and video releases. Momentary Presence, which will be released on October 17th, 2022 by Dedstrange, is a distinct release that embraces the livelier psychedelic side of shoegaze and well beyond.
GIFT's TJ Freda describes Lost For You, one of the highlight tracks on the new album: “It’s a bittersweet breakup song,” bandleader “Fading away, knowing that time together is dwindling and a spark that was once so strong is starting to fade. Enjoying the present time together while you know that time is limited can be a beautiful thing.”
