Latvian producer Dmitry Distant is back with his latest single, the propulsive goth track Into the Night which is his second collaboration with vocalist Valeria Simonova and the follow-up to last year's Cold.
The new single revisits the sound of eighties electronica with a different aesthetic, simultaneously maintaining Dmitry Distant's signature dark and dreamy sound as well as the atmospheric feel.
With its steady bassline, mesmerizing beat and enchanting vocals, Into the Night is a fresh darkwave find, and a very good conversion of influences into something new.
