Pesak is the second single and the closing track of the upcoming album by Dutch band Gavran. The full length Indistinct Beacon that will be released on dunk!records in December, is mixed by Tim de Gieter (Amenra, Doodseskader) and mastered by Jack Shirley (Deafheaven, Oathbreaker).
Gavran present an exploration of patterns that aims to extract emotional responses from their audience, with a sludge doom sound similar to their previous album from 2020. Juxtaposing loud and tranquil, agitated and bewildered themes and sounds, the band's new work is a musical expression of internal conflict.
The nine-minute track Pesak creates an inspirational journey based on all of these emotions.
