Ringfinger's Chamber of Roses is a moody and propulsive new track. The British Columbia duo showcase their dark colours and gloomy sound once again, with the result being effectively memorable.
Icey synth sounds, club-friendly rhythms, forceful bass, and arpeggiated guitars make up the song's alluring instrumental details which are exquisitely matched to the desolate double vocals.
The new song arrives shortly after the release of the project's previous single, Familiar Placement, which came in August 2022. It also comes before the unveiling of Ringfinger's debut album In A Black Frame in 2023.
This song is accompanied by a music video directed by Marcel Vincent Lafonde, which includes the song's themes of feelings of loss through the prism of a mid-century black and white folk-horror movie.
