London-based synthpop band, Magnetic Skies, release their new single, You Shine On, on the independent label ReprinT Records.
It is one more track in the band's recent series of releases that includes dreamlike melodies against moody synth backdrops, creating something reminiscent of some of the foundational pop bands of the eighties, such asThe Human League, Pet Shop Boys, and Depeche Mode.
The single is accompanied by a colorful music video that matches the upbeat nature of the music.
Magnetic Skies comment: "This is a love song, a story about two people finding each other despite divisions from outside, and about being true to yourself even when that doesn't fit with expectations from society or other people. It's celebrating a really positive self-belief."
