Following the release of their 2022 EP, Affectations, which came out on Little Cloud Records, new LA-based band Tremours reveal their new single Dark Glasses. The song displays a somber and atmospheric essence, highlighting the band's affecting sound production and good songwriting.
From its opening notes to its very end, Dark Glasses is impresses, with its fusion of post punk, shoegaze, and dreampop elements standing out. The song combines these aspects, and adds an additional layer of darkness.
Tremours are Lauren Andino (guitar, vocals), and Glenn Fryatt (drums). Andino began sharing experimentations of guitar and Moog compositions online, serving as a pandemic journal, and Fryatt joined in with the suggestion to add drums, ultimately leading to the formation of Tremours.
