Dead Conversations by LUMER

Darkenin Heart

Hailing from Hull, LUMER, have been on a run of extensive touring and numerous single releases. They are finally ready to unveil plans for their anticipated debut album, No Jury, No Prizes. The release has been a long time in the making, and it's based on themes of monotony, boredom, populism, and the rumination of life and death. Created during a pivotal period of evolution for the band, the album showcases a more refined and mature direction for their sound.

Recorded partly at Eiger Studios by the band themselves and at Golden Claws studios by Mathis Kolkoz, the upcoming album captures the essence of the diverse environments that influenced its creation. The album's lead single, Dead Conversations, maintains the band's signature edgy post punk sound.

“A passing thought of conversations I would have rather not been apart of, whether the subject was wrong or the manner in which it began. Out of politeness it can be difficult to leave, to me that defines a Dead Conversation of which I have had so many,” mentions the band's statement on the new single.
